Is there a need for normal websites to have a print style sheet? Obviously a to-do web app and google maps need to have a print style sheet, because users will defiantly print those. However take sites like Project Designs, it’s all black so it would need to have a style sheet for printing (otherwise people would go through ink like no tomorrow). But who’s gonna print Project Designs? Anyone? I don’t know why anyone would. So that leaves me wondering if most sites don’t need a print style sheet. Should we include it anyway just in case? Let me know your thoughts.

Although you would think that most sites would not need a print style sheet, I have been asked many times and have seen many clients print their websites to over look information, to show during meetings, etc. I normally put together a print style sheet for every client even if it doesn’t get used I have seen it used many times so its worth including.
