Symphony

I was reading one of my favorite blogs, The Big Noob, and I notice that is powered by Symphony. I had never heard of it before so naturally I checked it out. It seems pretty nice. The interface is very clean which is something I don’t like about Wordpress (the admin dashboard is cluttered).

The Interesting thing about Symphony is that it uses XML and XSLT. Now I had heard of XML before but I never heard of XSLT. After checking out W3C Schools I now have a better idea of what it is. Basically XSLT is CSS for XML, in other words it’s a Style Sheet Language for XML. Pretty cool stuff! So I think I might try out Symphony, I want to learn XML and XSLT.
